OUR TEAM
Every time you come in for an OsteoStrong session, you are accompanied by one of our trained session coaches. They make sure you have proper biomechanical positioning and are always in a safe environment. Each session coach goes through extensive online and in-person training before joining our team.

Sara Bovill

I started with the OsteoStrong system in December 2018 to help strengthen my back and shoulders and reduce joint pain. After having firsthand experience with OsteoStrong and knowing how it can empower others to live their best life, no matter their age, it was an easy decision to join the team!
It is amazing to be part of a dynamic team along with groundbreaking technology to truly change people’s lives. The best part of my day is celebrating member victories - big and small!

Hello all! I have been with OsteoStrong since October of 2019 and feel so grateful to be working with wonderful, inspiring people every single day. As a board-certified health and wellness coach, I strive to always bring the highest value to each of our members in my role as a session coach and as a health coach. In addition, I serve as the Director of Training and Education, aka Director of Awesome 😊.
Helping people live their best life has been my passion for many years. It is my belief that we all try do our best and having somebody on our side to help us see our strengths and new possibilities can really transform our health and wellbeing.
My husband, two boys, puppy, and I have made Sioux Falls our chosen home. We enjoy spending time outdoors, hiking, biking, and traveling.

I started at OsteoStrong at the end of February of 2022. My background is in Physical Therapy and I have always enjoyed encouraging people to meet their health goals and improve their quality of life. I am passionate about health and wellness as well as physical strength and balance.
When I read about OsteoStrong and met the team here, I knew I would love this place!
I was born and raised in Sioux Falls. My husband and I have two children and we love time outdoors, hiking, reading, and traveling.

Hi, I’m Dr. Becky and I have been involved in the healthcare arena in southeast South Dakota for the past 17 years. My husband, Ryan, and I have two daughters, Aerial and Kaia, that keep us very busy with school events, activities, and sports!
Besides my family, I am passionate about health and wellness and helping people live their best lives. I have seen 1st hand the challenges people face every day to stay active and strong. After researching the science and coming to understand the technology and possibilities the OsteoStrong system can deliver, I am beyond excited to see this unique program at work in the Sioux Falls area!
Our OsteoStrong members are seeing remarkable improvements everyday and we are blessed to be able to offer this cutting edge and unique system to our community!

Hello! I’m Laura and the majority of my background is in business and development, having owned several successful businesses over the past 35 years.
Now at retirement age, I am aware of the challenges of the aging process and the struggles in continuing to lead a healthy, active lifestyle. I have two young grandchildren to keep up with and I love being Super Gramma!
After learning about OsteoStrong and the extraordinary results being seen by people of all ages, I knew I had to be a part of this groundbreaking company.
