3 Step Framework to Building Your Strongest SELF

Using a Construction Analogy, here are the 3 Essential Components:

#1: Hard Workers: Bones are more than just the scaffolding that holds the body together. Bones are actually living, active tissues that are constantly being remodeled.

FACT: Bones will keep rebuilding throughout adulthood with the proper physical work!

But just what kind of physical workers need to show up to keep building a strong & healthy skeletal system?

#2 Quality Materials: While nutrition & supplementation are incredibly intricate and complex, let's Keep It Simple, Silly (KISS) to gain clarity on the essential fuel our bodies need for optimal health! 

Dietary Nutrients + Specific Supplementation = Quality Materials

#3 Good Weather: One of the biggest culprits of poor health today is INFLAMMATION.

Inflammation creates an internal storm, compromising & slowing down our body's ability to heal, regenerate, & re-build, including re-building health new bone tissue. 

How can we "calm the internal storm" - reduce inflammation - and give our bodies the best weather/environment for building a strong, healthy foundation?

Without all 3 components of the 3 Step Framework, it is much more difficult to efficiently build a strong foundation, just like you would not have a strong house at the end of your construction project if one of the 3 components was missing.
