I think we can all agree that as we get older, the challenges that come when our mind still feels like we're 25 years old  but our bodies don't, can be increasingly frustrating.

And we start to lose our vitality and energy, and start to not feel as good and as radiant as we could.  So over the next five posts, we're gonna be talking about my top 5 strategies to revitalize your life and reverse the hands of time!

#1: Create a relaxing bedtime routine to signal to your body that it's time to wind down, such as reading a book, practicing meditation, or taking a warm bath.
#2: No food or caffeine hours before bed - even if you think you aren’t sensitive, the science says otherwise!
#3: Optimize your bedroom and design a sleep-friendly environment by keeping your bedroom cool, dark, screen-free, and quiet.
#4: Vitamins, minerals, supplements, and herbals that can help your brain stimulate sleep chemicals for both quality & quantity of sleep.
