And before you roll your eyes and you're like, “Oh, seriously, another video on gratitude”, I get it. 

However, hang with me because this is going to be a little bit of a fresh take about why I think it's so important, how developing a daily gratitude practice has profoundly impacted my life, and why I decided to take the time to make a standalone post on this one topic.
