Our bodies are about 60% water and our blood is about 90% water. 

To function properly, all cells and organs of the body need water…including our bone & musculoskeletal tissue.

Getting enough water everyday is truly one of the best gifts you can give yourself and one of the easiest ways to improve your overall health.

An estimated 70% of the population is dehydrated and here is a list of 11 common signs of dehydration. 

Some of them might surprise you...

Weakened immune system
Dry skin & chapped lips
Bad Breath or dry mouth
Dark circles under your eyes
Hungry & snacking all the time
Crave sweets over savory/salty
Not getting sweaty when you should be
No "bounce back" on pinched skin
More than 3 hours between bathroom breaks
Drowsy, irritable, no energy
Headaches, body aches, and stiffness

Increase Your Water: 1 Strategy 

16 oz. Water to start the day (even before coffee!) = 16 oz

24 oz. Bottle - 1 in the morning, 1 in the afternoon = 48 oz.
16 oz. Water w/ Supper - 16 oz.
TOTAL = 80 oz. of water!!!
Mix it up! Lemon, Essential Oils, Extracts (such as vanilla), Fruit/Veggie Infused
