I think we can all agree that as we get older, the challenges that come when our mind still feels like we're 25 years old  but our bodies don't, can be increasingly frustrating.

And we start to lose our vitality and energy, and start to not feel as good and as radiant as we could.  So over the next five posts, we're gonna be talking about my top 5 strategies to revitalize your life and reverse the hands of time!

#1: Spend time outdoors in nature, whether it's walking barefoot on grass, sand, or soil, or simply sitting under a tree and feeling the earth beneath you
#2: Sunshine! Make it a daily ritual by incorporating it into your morning or evening routine, even if it's just a few minutes of quiet reflection outside
#3: Engage in activities that bring you closer to nature, such as gardening, hiking, or swimming in natural bodies of water or bringing indoor activities outside
#4: Invest in a grounding mat or PEMF mat for daily use for challenges such as inclement weather, a busy schedule, or convenience
